AUSLOCK guarantees all its branded products in compliance with the Australian Consumer Law. Additionally, AUSLOCK warranties that each of its AUSLOCK branded Smart Locks mentioned in this document will be free from material and workmanship defects, including mechanical parts, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. However, there are certain limitations and exclusions set out below.

Our local call-out service for lock-related issues charges a fixed fee of $180, which applies regardless of warranty coverage. For locks located outside of our local area, we offer a $250 warranty assessment holding fee, which allows for immediate lock replacement. If the assessment confirms that the lock is covered by warranty, the full $250 fee will be refunded. Damaged locks can be purchased by paying the balance of the new lock minus the $250 fee. Failure to respond or pay the balance will void the warranty for the replacement lock. The consumer is responsible for returning any faulty products to us.
